Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, or hair products once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

If an approved issue qualifies for a replacement or refund, it will be handled at our discreti
